Classical Guitar Studies & Repertoires

My Study and Repertoire, is a classical guitar method that combines traditional and modern works, including studies and famous classical composition. The study is mainly for the exercise of fingers and skills, while the repertoire is to enhance the students’s music appreciation and knowledge. This method mainly combines classical guitar works from the first level to the third level. With the use of the “My Guitar Method Series”, students can access more studies to further strengthen their foundation and increase their learning pleasure.

Apart of the familiar guitar composers, “My Study and Repertoire” is also compiled into works by other famous instrumental composers, allowing students to have a wider understanding of music. In addition, we also use the original works of local youth composers to make this method more distinctive and diverse.

In each piece of this method, besides the audio reference link, we also list some basic analysis for each piece so that students can have a clearer goal when practicing. Different from the other study methods, “My Study and Repertoire” has more various type of pieces, besides of the common guitar studies, we also arrange some transcription and local new guitar works, which not only strengthens students’s interest in practice can also raise awareness of the work of the outstanding musicians.
